Crepey Skin

Crepey Skin can be cured. Fat, loose, wrinkled skin is usually from sun damage but also a natural result from aging and lack of moisture, excessive weight loss or a combination of all. Sun's rays break down the collagen and elastin in the skin that keeps it tight and wrinkle free. As we age our skin produces less oil that protects your skin that is why it's important to use sunscreen and also a moisturizer. 

The moisturizer can include glycerin and hyaluronic acid but also either lactic or salicylic acid. It's important to also exfoliate to remove the dead skin to improve the over all texture of the skin and keep up the skin's barrier. Your products will also penetrate easier. Some good moisturizer could include coconut or olive oil and cocoa butter. Plus will leave your skin soft. 

Eating a balanced diet that's high in antioxidants to help support the health of your skin is important plus drinking a minimum of six 8 oz glasses of water a day. Working out with weights will firm your skin too. Lastly Fraxel laser and Radio Frequency will help tighten and smooth your skin. We recommend 4-6 20-30 minute sessions 2 weeks apart for maximum results.
