Control what you eat and drink. Limit alcohol, caffeine, chemicals, salt, saturated fat, sugar and of course smoking.  Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and drink at lease 1.5 liters of water a day. Omega 3 and 6 oils are the best line of defense against aging. Take a good all around vitamin and mineral plus extra antioxidant nutrients such as vitamins A, C and E to fight against radical damage. Get 8 or more hours of sleep per night and manage stress with meditation and exercise. Protect from the elements , use good skin care products to cleanse, tone, repair, moisturize and protect. Get a facial once a month.
